Hi, I’m Beth.

I’m a mother of two, a Conscious Parenting & Authentic Living Coach—and someone who never imagined motherhood would crack me open the way it did.

When I became a mom, everything shifted. Quietly. Completely. I found myself caught between who I used to be and who I was becoming. It was disorienting, tender, and deeply transformative.

In the process, I had to reconnect with what truly mattered. I turned inward. I wrote poetry. I asked hard questions. I cried, danced, and found strength in honest conversations with other moms. Slowly, I rebuilt—not into my old self, but into someone more whole.

Now, I hold space for other women walking that same path. Here, you get to show up fully—messy, wise, wondering, beautiful. You’ll be met with compassion, not pressure. Encouragement, not performance.

Because motherhood isn’t about returning to who you were. It’s about becoming who you were always meant to be.

Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, processing trauma, and mental health diagnosis. Coaching is more about self-discovery, growth, and moving forward. In our sessions, we’ll focus on what’s surfacing for you right now — and how you can respond with more awareness and self-compassion — but coaching isn’t a replacement for therapy.

  • For single sessions: Once a session is booked and paid for, it’s non-refundable. 

    For the 6 session coaching package: If after our first session together, you feel that a coaching series is no longer a right fit for you, I will refund you the remainder of your fees minus the first session. No part of your coaching package is refundable past session one.
